Lampwork Heron
« on: October 20, 2009, 01:16:10 AM »
I know lampwork animals aren't most people's favorites, but I'm hoping someone can help me with this 5.5" (14 cm) heron. I am thinking it is either German or Pirelli -- two things I know nothing about. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Not Pirelli, I don't think. He's rather nice though

Thanks, Lustrousstone. That helps a lot. I'll narrow my search to Germany. It is a pretty heron, but definitely not built to last. The legs are impossibly delicate.

I found one similar to it that is being sold by a German glass dealer on eBay. The item number is 390026369776. I wish they were all this simple.  :)
