Less likely to be Fenton. I also think (note the think) that its red-trimmed white stuff was not uranium glass.

This is the Czech version of the same colour combo, made circa 1840! in Northern Bohemia, according to one Czech publication. It is not reactive.

Strikes me as Bohemian also. James Measell can confirm, but I will say definitely not Fenton.
