Can't help to i.d your piece but I've got a fish that changes colour also,daylight it's the colour in the photo under the new low power bulbs it goes light blue,the flash turns it lilac again so can't get a pic',Keith.

Over white to give a stripey effect; normally neodymium glass is used on its own or sometimes cased over red.

Thank you so much for your replies and help.
I found this topic today (see link below if it works  :-[ ) and realised that the green glow I see is lime coloured but under a long life lightbulb.  I put it near  a fluorescent tube lighting and it goes grey/sage green colour rather than lime.

I have looked at your pictures on neodymium and thanks!  they are very pretty.  This pink piece is nothing like as pretty a colour and definitely doesn't turn blue at all, so I am assuming not neodymium? 
I will have another search and see what more I can find.  And Christine thanks for the ZBS lead.  As soon as I get a minute I'll have another look.

ooh those pictures are beautiful.
I have managed I think to attach a picture of what the green looks like
very different to the lovely lavender/blue transformation
