Italian glass lady any IDs

Does anyone recognise this glass lady and how would you discribe the etched glass which is etched from the inside it is 24% lead glass and has a gold sticker with a crown and RCR Italia...lynn

Thank you Ivo,i have some huge outfits too :-\ but i didnt find the lady,it looks like an older label 60/70s as the new labeling is very different...Lynn
