Czech Glass Piece, possibly Kralik but ??? - ID = Kralik

This piece is a light yellow opaque glass that flouresces, with gold and orange spatter on the foot, pulled up on the sides in panels kind of, and edged in black. The bottom is ground and polished on the edges. It's 6.75" wide and 3.75" tall.

Can anyone confirm a maker/date on this item?

Thank you

Hello,

Most likely Kralik, and done around around 1925-1930. The way the bowl portion is formed is reminiscent of other pieces I have seen which are in known Kralik decors.

as usual Craig is right

Kralik -some people cal these knuckle vases as the shapes often look like someone has pushed knuckles into the corners to form the shape

cheers

Mike

Craig and Mike - many thanks! And I like the term "knuckle vase" - that's such a great description of how the shape appears to be made.
