Identification help wanted for Green Glass Vase

Hi all, I would like some help in identifying age/maker etc of my vase.  Its pretty and I like it - but I don't know if its a mass produced item, or actually from a known maker.  Don't have a camera at the moment (its a borrowed one) but I can get a photo of the pontil if required by the end of this week when I get the camera again, thanks, Kerry.
(The vase is 25.5cm high and weighs pretty close to 1kg)
