Can anyone ID this Green and Amber bowl, please?

Quite heavy at over 1.5 kilos, six inches in diameter and just a little above five inches in height. Flat polished pontil. Any clues would be much appreciated.

The green looks like uranium glass. Have you checked it with a black light to see if it glows? I don't know who made the bowl. My first thought was that it is Czech.
