BLUE BOWL/VASE - WHAT IS IT???

This is the 3rd of three items I have posted.  It measures roughly 4" x 4" x 4".   It is quite nice but I dont know anything about it.     I bought it as Whitefriars but I don't think it is as I can't find it in the catalogue.  Any help would be welcome.  Thanks.
