Victorian comport - Manchester cut glass
« on: December 15, 2009, 09:50:35 PM »
Hi there,

Here's another eBay find which I think is Molineaux & Webb cut glass - a frosted Greek Key comport very similar to several designs in their pattern book. It also has a clear similarity to a frosted Greek Key celery sold by Richard Hoppe earlier this year, which he identified as M&W - you can view on his website (in the sold items section).

After a year looking for Molineaux Webb cut glass the score is... 3

A couple of photos for you - it's quite large at 6 inches high and 8 inches across.
