help to identify this glass vase

Hi all,
Help needed to identify this glass vase, a red/ruby colour with an applied trailed white glass decoration looks, is this murano?? the vase measures 4 inch wide x 12 inches high weight 700 grams,

hi i thenk its italian maby impoli maker i like it  i have a covered jar like it.
