Purple pulled feather vase?? ID = Dalian Shanya Trading Co, China

The pontil is unpolished, it is concave almost. I have no idea about the age so it could very well be new as Michelle said. It is a beautiful vase I thank everyone for their help. I still need help with my little pink vase I think I'll post it again.

This is just what I was about the type. I see this pattern on eBay listed as Murano or Italian design by sellers of Murano-like Chinese pieces.
