Looking for ID on this (seemingly) Czech vase - 4 1/4" (11 cm). Am I mistaken or did one of these turn up on this board a while ago?

Ivo's green vase was designed by Eryka Trzewik-Drost in 1969 for HSG Ząbkowice.  It's described as a 'cylindrical ear vase' with two flat vertical ears at the lower part, with double piercings. Source: Ceramika i Szkło Polskie XX Wieku, Wrocław 2004.
