Pink Vase / Blue Swirls

Can anyone identify this vase?  Thanks!  The vase measures 16.8cm in height.  The base 6cm dia. The top of the vase 9.7cm dia.

Modern Chinese, East Asian or Eastern European on the basis of the matte pontil mark
