Does anyone know what company might have made this weight?  The bubbles are almost iridescent and are only partially embedded in the clear green cone.  Their placement is quite precise.  At first I thought Murano, however, the base is definitely concave.  It weighs just over 1-1/2 lbs. and is almost 4-inches tall.
