cents the change i can not get pictures to the site i have things to offer but i need help with this can some one walk me throw it please thanks

hi, thanks i take pictures using email size and it still tells me its to big when i first joined site it worked  i put on several pictures  i don't no how to change them and i tried the erfanvue
