Sand Coloured Texture Vase

This is a very detailed small vase.  The vase measures 19cm in height, base 6.5cm dia. and the top dia. 7.1cm.  It has a glass swirl around the neck of the vase.  Please can anyone identify this vase.     Kind Regards
