Royal Crystal Rock - Cristallo 24% ITALIA
« on: February 07, 2010, 09:53:55 PM »
This is a very large vase thick and heavy.  The vase is labelled.  I have looked on various sites with the existing info. however, unable to find this particular piece. Can anyone assist in providing any further information.  Many thanks!

Come on - it has a label! Even you can find RCR - one of the largest outfits in the glass business.

That is correct, however I am interested in this particular make and design and unable to find this particular vase.  I not too sure what you mean by come on! Just because there is a label on a vase does not in anyway mean it relates to that particular vase  ::)

Otis, pics 4,5 and 6 in the sequence seem to relate to a different vase. Can you check please? If they do I can remove them for you.

Re RCR, they are a huge Italian mass-producer of glass but I've never been able to find out who designed the few pieces I have either. You might find a pattern match for yours on replacements com here: http://replacements.com/crystal/RCY.htm#6 - use the image view (blue bar down the left side) to browse the pattern images.
