Elephant with Label
« on: January 25, 2011, 01:43:15 AM »
Hi all,

I recently purchased this cute little AS elephant on Ebay.  I love it when I find glass with labels, although sometimes it is fun guessing.

Nice buy, Tami. It's amazing the difference between this elephant and the vast majority of "Murano" elephants out there. Was it advertised as Seguso?

Thanks, David.  Yes, it was advertised as AS.  I paid $51 for it.

Thanks, Martin.  Yes, there is a big difference in this elephant and the older ones.   I know there isn't any pretty colors to this little guy, but it is a fine example of AS's massello glass.
