Thanks Anne, it does seem it's going to get really busy around here. I now the American glass makers love coming to Stourbridge .I was having drink with one of the glass makers from Seattle last time, he loved the atmosphere and being able to drink beer outside in the open!

He was a great guy he used to fly around in a US Navy Phantom in the Vietnam war but he would not drop Naplam after seeing what it did. So he decided to get transfered out so he said he was smoking dope. In those days that meant being put on a charge for few days. But he told the brass he was smoking it in the plane .. it worked..He was an amazing character and went on to tell me some more crazy stories and how he ended up as a glass maker. That's one person of many who make up this festival.
