Brown hexagonal bowl - ID = UGB

Hi , bought this on a car boot sale for £1, it is quite weighty and looks good in the light.
Its 23 across the hexagonal and 12 tall. There are pictures of kingfishers on the sides of the bowl.
It has a number on the base RD 810280.
