8.5 inches high,thought I saw this in High Sklo.... but must have been some where else,help please.

Obviously went to Big Brum, Keith?  Sorry I missed you, again. This is a Sklo Union vase. Will look in Marcus' database later and let you know pattern number, if no one else jumps in.

Sorry for the delay. Work, work, work 
Your vase is pattern number 11468, made from 1934/5 onwards at Rudolfova hut. It is on the CD database which comes with Marcus' book, in the 1958 catalogue. Designed by Rudolf Schrotter.
