Slag Glass
« Reply #10 on: September 11, 2007, 07:27:05 AM »
Hi All,

Davidson called slag glass "marble glass" both in the 1880s and also in 1964 when they re-introduced it briefly.

I also remember seeing an article in the Pottery Gazette about making glass from iron slag. It was sometime in the 1890s. I'll see if I have a copy.
