Hi Chris,  this is The Tailor,  often mistaken for a Rugmaker or Mason, but is listed by Orrefors as The Tailor. Hope this is helpful.  It may just have the 'of' mark on the base.

Click on the list and scroll down to The Tailor, click on that and you will see the picture of the piece you are asking about. :)
