blue glass vase

Hi could this be another tourist piece . Its a blue vase with different colours and patterns of glass impregnated within the body. It has a 1/4 inch opening with a flared neck.It is 5 3/4 inches tall and 2 1/2 dia.The base is ground and polished. The weight is 436gm
