I have one just lkie yours only mine is blue they are made by the International Bottle Company UK circa 1930 I have also seen it in pink I have added a photo of mine,they contained Talcum Powder if you unscrew the top there is a wire sieve to shake the powder out,the pink jar in my photo is by the same firm and was for face cream the International Bottle Company are still in buisness
