I copied your image and emailed it to the group working on the Bohemian glass website with me.... and got some responses....

This is indeed by Loetz, and quite rare. I located an archived auction listing and in March of this year a set sold on ebay Ireland by a London seller, pitcher and 6 glasses for £920. Same set, same colors.  The set was designed by Richard Teschner and is design number 4506 in the Loetz archives. It's design was series II production and appears for the first year in 1908.  I am attaching a copy of the design image and hope it can stay.....

What a fabulous find.....  :chky:  :chky:

I knew I had seen it before, it is just so uncommon I could not remember where....   ;D

Edit in: One of the things I love so dearly about early Bohemian glass is that so many of the colors, designs and shapes were decades ahead of their time... I think this is a super example.....

Hi Christine.... I would love large detailed pics......  It will be a great piece for the website.....  Thanks for thinking of me!!  I'll assume it came your way for a tad less than the auction result....       I Love it when that happens!!!

You have got to be kidding me........  :hiclp: :hiclp: I am completely jealous......

Good for you.....  That is really really really fabulous!!!!  It just never ceases to amaze me that things like that can still happen.....  boot sale or ???

Even as a modern piece of glass it is worth more than that for decorative purposes alone!!!!

Email wise I think the limit may be around 10 megs or something.....  I also have a 20 meg connection, so file size is not really a concern....

Thanks...

Craig

Absolutely great, Christine! Never ever would have guessed they are Loetz.
