Can anyone ID this Pheasant?

 Another overseas parcel arrived broken, but he is pretty gorgeous, and just wondering before I try to put his tail back on, if anyone knows who made these ones with this base.

I had one very similar to it. I've seen these types birds attributed to Fratelli Toso, but I've not seen one with a label. If I was a guessing person, I would guess Toso or AVeM. Of course, I keep looking for the elusive label on one. It has to be out there somewhere.

You might try routinely making a fuss about packaging before things are sent. I'm wary of buying from overseas now as things often turn up damaged, and the time it takes for things to arrive cuts into the Paypal window for starting a dispute - if you've gone surface post, it's often too late by the time your box of shards arrives.
