Any clues to the maker of this?

It stands about 180mm high and I think is rather lovely!

Hello

This is the oil or vinegar cruet in US Glass Co.'s No. 15074 "Washington" pattern which was issued in 1901 as part of their "States" series.  That is a nice decoration.  The stopper is not original.
