« on: November 20, 2005, 05:19:42 PM »
Hi There,

I recently acquired a piece of Fenton glass from the 90's and in addition to the the Fenton Name in Oval on the bottom, there is a Sandblasted Star symbol...........Never seen this before, can anyone help me with what it means??  Thank you.

Question on Fenton Sandblasted Mark

Solid or open single star were sandblasted on the bottom of "preferred seconds" sold primarily in the Fenton gift shop, used 6-96 to 7-98. A double star was put on ware donated to Williamstown organisation for fundraising activities.
If I know, I'll comment. If I think I know, I'll have a go. If I have no idea, I'll just keep quiet and learn from others, so the next time I'll know.
