3.75 inches across,paper label too worn to read,etched mark..G,S?P?96,

Been looked at plenty and no ideas?does any one have a list of pwt makers with similar initials I could search for?

I think there are, quite literally, hundreds of glass studios around the world that might have made something like this.  If I had made it, I don't think I would have signed it...but that is just a personal opinion!  I suspect the paper label is the remains of a price, or a collector's reference number.
