Yellowy green uranium glass 'Brancaster' style candle holder
« on: April 26, 2010, 02:29:30 PM »
Your thoughts about this would be much appreciated.  (Haven't yet cleaned it :-[ )  The design looks very much like Stennett-Willson's 'Brancaster' candle holder for King's Lynn Glass, but this is in a nice yellowy/green uranium glass.  Its almost 5½" high and weighs only 50g.
TIA  :)

My theory is that it is a glass for sweet white wine or a liqueur, and possibly Dutch or German  ;)

It was found amongst a lot of assorted drinking glasses, so it may well be. :)
