possible Czechoslovakian bowl

The colours reminded me of some of the pieces from Ruth Forsythe's book, but may well not be.   Professionally enamelled, but in a naive sort of way, and very colourful.   Matthey Crinkles so I wud guess somewhere in the late 30's or 40's, and about 290mm in diameter.  Am I correct in thinking Czech, and thanks for looking.
