Seemingly pointless dishes id please

Hello again

This is the second of 4 id requests, just what are these little dishes,who made or indeed makes them? as they look almost brand new to me

They are 3x2 inches no marks at all . The bases are flat and when viewed from the side, appear as if the glass has been poured onto a mould or stretched as as their is a definite ripple

Could they possibly be glasses to accompany a punch bowl? Or peanut dishes?
