Topic: paper weight not known

Hi this is my first post in paperweights. I acquired this from a car boot today and have no idea the maker. i looked at a couple of sites but i did not ID the glass weight. It has a green leaf pattern around the outside with a pink and red pattern in the centre.The diameter is 3.5 and the height is 3cm. The pontil mark is ground concave

Hi,

This is a Chinese paperweight.

I think that it is a recent production but I not sure. The more experienced collectors will correct me if I am wrong.

Might be from Taiwan, rather than China, but the "veined leaves" are certainly seen in fairly recent pieces.
