ID help please - Czech vase

ID help please - Czech, Sklo Union freeform vase. Three lobed green and peach colours. Flat polished base - piece is 9" high.

Grateful for help with maker, designer etc.

Hi Chris,
definitely not Sklo Union as they only produced pressed glass. But I´d agree with most likely Czech -
and possibly Chribska for a strong similarity to these on Jindrich´s site:
