just to confus you even more, ZBS also known as Zelezny Brod Glassworks.
Zelezny Brod is actually a town in the Czech republic

Almost 5 years have passed since this was posted and a lot of information and new research has come our way in that time.  This piece is, as Robert suggested in 2010, 1950s Skrdlovice (and not ZBS).

Robert, matching what I know is a 1950s Skrdlovice piece to a pattern number / drawing in the pattern books is still a bit of an exercise for me -- but one day, I hope to be nearly as good as you are at it.   :)
