Duck Figure -- Fare-Marcolin?
« on: May 06, 2010, 09:08:25 PM »
The sommerso layers of this 5" long duck reminds me of some of the FM Ronneby pieces I have seen. The duck is only about 1.25" thick. The base is smooth and polished. Unsigned. Does anyone know if it is Fare-Marcolin?

Yes, this is FM (Färe Marcolin) Konstglas Ronneby.

You can see one here, with a label.

Thank you so much, Ingela. I hoped that you would see my message. I lost your email address when I left my old computer in Texas.

I realized that I called this a duck. I was taking pictures of some ducks, so they were still on my mind. I changed the title to avoid confusion. The figure looks more like a dove to me.
