more likely to be a caithness with the shape as the points are more rounded than a perthshire one, as caithness did a mould weight something to do with a flower, and the clear spot is on most ...if not all moulded weights of this sort

I guess you are talking of "Florette", Ray, first issued in 1985.

Would be useful to have a view straight from above, to compare with this image, and a profile view.
