Wavy red-rimmed bowl with cut sides
« on: May 09, 2010, 10:22:31 PM »
I'm still chugging through the joblot 'bonuses' from my trip to the auctionhouse the other week - it seems neverending.

A decent quality crystal bowl with handformed wavy rim, decorated with applied red trail and simple cutting up the sides. It feels quite European... but then it's not really within my comfort zone, so who knows?

235mm diameter, about 60mm height.

Any help greatly appreciated.

It's been suggested to me that this bowl might be of Irish origin. Can anyone yea- or nay-say that?
