Topic: id request please for blue vase.

I won't be too surprised if this one is a non starter  -  but liked the shade of blue, and thought possibly Finnish, and the incised effect produced when blowing into the mould is very abstract, and seems unusual (for me at least).    I'm thinking a carafe - about 225mm tall, and although not easily seeen, there is some reasonable wear to the foot rim.    Do let me know please if anyone does recognize the design, and as always, thanks for looking.
