Stevens & Williams?

This 4 1/2" tall jug glows bright green under black light.  Is it likely by Stevens and William?  The bottom is concave and finely polished.   Thanks for looking.

It's possible,have a number of applied pieces like this,always thought they were of Stourbridge origin but now know they were made in the UK,USA and Bohemia so it might be difficult to put a name to.
