Blue vase with 'handles' help please

Hi , the vase is 12 cm high and an inky blue colour, the sides have 'handle' type design. Can anyone please help with ID , thankyou.

This piece is not Czech/Czechoslovakian. This one can be seen only at UK eBay, often wrongly attributed to Sklo Union.

thank you for the information Jindrich.  Perhaps in my subconscious I remembered it wasn't Czech so hesitated to buy the one I saw :-\ - that's unlike me, as normally I just buy what I like ;D.

Any thoughts...? .... ID?... In fact .. any info at all! I thought possibly Czech but I really am amateur at this and would love to know more about this item.

Indigo blue ... 12cm tall... 10cm from flange to flange. Hope someone can tell me something!

This piece is often offered at eBay in UK as Sklo Union one. Few years ago I also purchased one, but Mr Vizner, Mr. Urban and also Mr. Zajic had omitted it. This piece is not Czech and for future research I would ask why it appears only in UK.
