After trying around a dozen makers, past and present designs I contacted Tudor Crystal and they think it may be one of theirs, still waiting for confirmation, ;D

Keith
I have a small barrel tumbler with cross cutting and I think it could be Tudor as rest the glasses are. Below the rim there was engraved words     ---Drink out of the "Old Blue Un".
Is this a Black Country saying?
