Found these today,the red has a 'gilt' rim the blue none,did they do each with and without?

To the best of my knowledge both colours came with gilt rims. However, they do wear with use so it may have simply worn off.

Once again I put on me spec's and low and behold...traces of gilding...spot on David ;D
