looks like Kosta but should be marked if it is - I seem to remember there are small bottle shaped vases in the same surface finish in the "artistique" collection.

Artistique collection is from the 1980s and basically is a series of miniatures based on larger production models. Mind you, if unmarked - forget I ever said this.
