caithness cockerel - anyone know age?
« on: June 02, 2010, 10:30:30 AM »
I bought this recently - I know its weird, but I like it   ;D

I know it is Caithness because it is stamped, but I can't find any info about it anywhere - have searched Scotlands glass and also googled away to no avail. Does anyone have any idea of its age or designer. It is a clear amethyst colour - deeper than it looks in the photos, and is 16 cm or approx 6 1/4 inches from floor to tip of tail.

any info appreciated.
