Quite possible these are decorated by Pirelli, glass itself could be from anywhere but most likely France, followed by UK.

Just remembered to post an example of the Roset bowl in gilt on blue-flashed glass (there is also a plate).

The glass blanks for the hyacinth vase may have derived from Bohemia and decorated in the UK. 20th Century British Glass, Hajdamach, p.46.
