Pink Lady Frog and Bowl .... Help

I need help id'ing the make of this crinoline lady flower frog and bowl? I initially thought Walther but have been unable to attribute it. Any help greatly appreciated.

I´m not convinced the lady belongs into that bowl either. It looks like a marriage to me?
Perhaps someone will recognise your lady though.  :)
