No sorry it says:
Vase 7", cased, orange Jack-in-the-pulpit, $45.00 - 55.00.  Nothing else.  Although the prices would be irrelevant now as it was published 1997.  Ther whole book is to identify Czechoslovakian items only, no mention of any makers.

impossible to get on photo, so take my word for it, this vase is embossed with Czechoslovakia
on the base, i think before the splatter coating was added, amazed i spotted it!
I would say, its very very similar to the word on the orange vase.
Not much help, but another clue maybe.  ::)

I think this effect is got by rolling the gather in chips of coloured glass then reheating to melt, and then the piece would have been mould blown, so the mark couldn't have been added before the splatter?
