Hi, glass is 3 inches high
iridescent with a trailed pattern
l think it may be scottish as l picked it up in glasgow
and its signed sandra wallace 1986
its got a snapped off pontil

I think you'll find it's Sanders & Wallace.  Still working, so if you Google the name you should come up with some info.
